We are the North American leader in the design, manufacture, and upfit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks, specializing in snow and ice control and “Keeping America’s Roads Safe!” HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE : As a full-time lead on our night shift operations, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate installation and delivery of products according to customer specifications. Your duties will include: Ensuring the work group operates efficiently, providing training as needed Assisting and directing product installation to meet deadlines Preparing tools and supplies daily for the work group Promoting and maintaining 5S practices and continuous improvement Maintaining the MDI board and supporting daily meetings Supporting project technicians with shop issues and WOCs Motivating and engaging the shop floor team Enforcing safety standards and PPE use Identifying and leading quality improvements and discussions Driving Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives Managing inventory, movement, and scrap reporting accurately Ensuring availability of parts and materials for daily work Participating in and supporting DDMS and other improvement programs Observing policies and practices within the plant and department Implementing cost-reduction solutions Addressing issues with the reporting supervisor Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the work area Performing other duties as needed WHAT WE OFFER YOU : Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay (11 Paid Holidays) Quarterly Retention Incentive Bonus – $1 per hour worked regularly and $1.50 for overtime 15% Night Shift Premium Additional Paid Time Off for Attendance Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, & more 401K with a generous match and immediate vesting Annual Fitness Reimbursement of $250 Reimbursements for Safety Shoes and Glasses Numerous development opportunities And much more! WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS : Mechanical Skills : Knowledge and hands-on experience with installation processes and operations Willingness to participate in required training Technical Skills : Ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of hydraulics and electronics Understanding of shop order processes and basic EMS requirements Familiarity with weld inspection, steel types, gauges, and shop math Personal Requirements : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform continuous lifting High-energy team player with a dependable work ethic and flexibility for extended hours Education : High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or relevant experience preferred WORKING CONDITIONS : Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs continuously Frequent bending, lifting, and standing Exposure to noise, weld, and grinding smoke at times Our focus on integrity, teamwork, and high performance creates an ideal environment for our employees.
