About the eCommerce Specialist role What you'll be doing Drive best customer experience online through supporting the business with online merchandising initiatives Develop, implement, and monitor experiments in our CRO roadmap. Analyse results and present findings. Deliver projects from our roadmap of digital initiatives that include UX improvement, platform implementation, and new website features. Manage our external development agency to brief, test and deploy website features. Ensure timely web deployments and efficient sprints with the team Work collaboratively with the marketing team to support marketing activity Maintain website content and develop new pages or improvements when required Support the product team with product launches and seasonal activity Drive and optimize the online customer journey through personalisation. Use our customer data platform (CDP) and personalisation tool to build segments that we can personalise content for on the website Report any bugs and issues that arise with the websites to the Head of Digital or directly to the web development agency where appropriate Analyse our website using Google Analytics to Identify trends and insights to optimise site performance, improve usability, and inform our digital marketing initiatives Work with the Full stack developer to prioritise tasks and execute large scale development projects Support the wider business by managing internal tickets regarding website or online issues To be considered for this role you must have Minimum 2 years’ experience in an eCommerce role Previous experience with AB testing and personalisation tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, AB Tasty etc Experience with Shopify Plus and CMS platforms like Prismic Basic HTML and CSS Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Basecamp etc A great opportunity for someone looking to make the step up from a coordinator level role Creative & confident team player who can negotiate, multi task and influence others Experience using a CDP or CRM will be highly regarded Excellent creativity, attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in agile methodology of project management (The successful applicant will be required to present a current, clean Police check due the inherent nature of managing sensitive material in this role) We are extra proud of the reputation we've built over the last 50 years in business and Snooze is a brand where customers love to shop, and people love to work.
