We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. Job Tasks and Responsibilities As the Construction Estimator, your role will include but not limited to the following: Estimating construction costs and completion time Discussing estimations with clients and constructions professionals to resolve issues Using blueprints and project paper works when estimating for Construction Projects Informing the construction professionals on estimation changes and adjustments Preparing estimates to support construction plannings, organising, scheduling, and sourcing for labours and materials Suggesting changes to construction projects for the purpose of cost, time, and resource efficiency Ensuring costs are monitored and educating construction professionals to report costs related issues Ensuring estimations consider the building plans and applicable regulations Skills and Experience: Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent communication, multitasking and problem solving skills A team player Motivated and discipline Great attention to detail Work well under pressure At least 1 year of Work Experience
