Known for its strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, the business operates an extensive network of recycling and resource recovery facilities About the role In your new role as a Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, including resourcing, rostering, and supervising staff and subcontractors, this role ensures optimal performance of all fixed and mobile waste processing equipment, maximizes throughput and recovery rates, and maintains stock control. It involves strict adherence to safety and environmental standards, quality waste separation, traffic and customer management, and site cleanliness. Requirements Proven leadership in operational site management within fast-paced, highly regulated environments, with a strong focus on safety and compliance. Hands-on experience with fixed and mobile plant, supported by mechanical knowledge and relevant machine tickets (e.g. excavator, front-end loader preferred). Strong team leadership and development skills, with a demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate effective teams. Proficient in using data and digital tools to drive performance improvements, including MS Office and other operational reporting systems. Solid understanding of WHS principles and practical application, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
