About the Role We're looking for a mature, experienced Concession Store Manager to run our high-end menswear concession in Myer Chadstone. You'll be the face of the business-managing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading sales with professionalism and confidence. This is a solo-manager position, sometimes supported by casual staff. Responsibilities Lead all daily store operations within a concession environment Deliver exceptional customer service and styling advice, particularly in men's suiting and formalwear Achieve and exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of the customer journey Manage POS transactions, stock levels, and visual merchandising Coordinate fitting appointments, styling consultations, and formalwear bookings Work autonomously and confidently manage time, floor operations, and casual support staff Represent the brand with pride and professionalism at all times What We're Looking For Experience in premium menswear is highly regarded (suiting experience ideal) Jewellery, luxury furniture or other high-end retail experience is also welcome You must have previous store/concession management experience Strong selling skills and the ability to build customer relationships Confident working independently - this role requires someone reliable and motivated Experience using POS systems and managing basic admin functions Someone who takes pride in presentation, service, and team standards Benefits Competitive full-time salary: $65k super, based on experience Classic 9am - 5pm roster (Tuesday - Saturday preferred) Strong support from head office and access to training and product knowledge Generous staff discount and formalwear perks Work with a respected and established formalwear name within a premium retail setting Ready to take the next step in your retail career?
