About the Role As the Assistant Boutique Manager , you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a passionate retail team, drive sales performance, and uphold the elevated customer experience synonymous with the brand. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who's previously worked as a strong 3IC or supervisor and is ready to step up. You'll be expected to take ownership of floor operations, coaching team members, and supporting daily business goals. A background in luxury or premium fashion-particularly ready-to-wear-is highly preferred .
