The importance of this role: We’re looking for a dedicated Production Manager at our Seven Hills site. This role combines administrative tasks with hands-on involvement in assembly operations. You’ll coordinate daily schedules, manage production workers, liaise with commercial customers, and ensure quality standards. Our site focuses on assembly and relabelling. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are more important than experience! In the day-to-day duties of this role, you will: Provide supervision and leadership to production workers and production team leaders during the relevant shift to ensure all objectives are met. Coordinate daily work schedules and production activities Liaise with commercial customers to ensure smooth communication Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process Manage scheduling of Daily production. Identifying any backlogs and bottlenecks and resolve. Compile and deliver information to the Site Manager and ensuring reports are accurate and the information is relevant to assist with contractual reporting. Review costs with our B2B team to ensure accurate and efficient spend. What you can bring to the team: Demonstrated experience in scheduling production to meet deadlines to ensure customer’s needs are met. Experience in leading a team of people to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours. Working knowledge of relevant Workplace Health and Safety legislation to ensure compliance Competency in the use of Microsoft Office and production related software packages.
