Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional in-store customer service that leads to closing sales. Consulting with customers to help them find the perfect product fit. Answering inbound and outbound phone calls professionally and promptly. Processing transactions using POS systems efficiently and accurately. Ensuring the store is always stocked and well-presented through stock replenishment. The Candidate Have experience in retail sales (bonus points if you've sold lifestyle or tech gear) A great communicator with an outgoing personality Are honest, reliable, and show up ready to crush it Someone with integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods Running sales through POS and keeping the store looking fresh Highly Favourable you Love the outdoors, active living, and all things fast, fun, and mobile!
