Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to support a busy finance team on a temporary basis for 3-5 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full AP function from start to finish within the team. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end accounts payable processing Processing invoices and verifying accuracy Matching purchase orders and handling credit notes Bank reconciliations and monitoring payment terms Processing payment runs in line with company schedules Managing supplier queries and ensuring prompt resolution Maintaining vendor records and ensuring data integrity General filing and documentation support About You: To excel in this role, you'll bring: At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise across teams Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Your application will be assessed within 3 business days, and please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
