Description Division of Student Life Permanent/continuing, full-time appointment Level 8/9: $117,918 - $146,302 17% superannuation The Manager, Student Accessibility is responsible for leading the operational delivery of Student Accessibility Services at the University of Wollongong. This includes the development and implementation of personalised learning supports and reasonable adjustments for students with a disability/ health condition. Adopting a staff-student partnership approach, this role will lead the Student Accessibility and Inclusion team to develop students’ agency to succeed in their studies increasing student retention at UOW. The Manager is pivotal in ensuring that UOW delivers inclusive, compliant, student-centered services through strong and collaborative relationships with faculties and academic staff and other professional staff. If you are someone with excellent people management skills, experience and demonstrated success in supporting teams through change, a passion for developing and maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and enthusiasm for considering a service from a process and systems perspective to maximise effectiveness, then this could be the role for you.
