About the Position The Advancement Services Specialist (Prospect Research & Information) is responsible for utilising advancement information systems to identify individuals and cohorts for deeper engagement and connection with the university. This includes conducting research, providing reports, and recommendations that support the University's strategic engagement with alumni, donors, community members, and key stakeholders. This role ensures information on constituents is accurate and up-to-date, provides sophisticated background research on notable individuals, organisations and groups, and identifies prospects for strategic activities, programs and awards. Utilising Advancement databases and systems, including Blackbaud RE7 and NXT, the position works as part of a team to manage data, information, conduct prospect research and produce reports.
