About the Role We’re looking for a commercially-driven, hands-on Director of Sales & Marketing with a strong foundation in DTC growth and strategic brand distribution. This is a rare opportunity for someone who can balance performance marketing, B2B expansion, and premium brand integrity and who’s not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. This role goes beyond strategy decks we’re looking for a proactive, growth-focused operator who can drive results across both digital and wholesale channels, spot opportunities, and build the right relationships to accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities Growth & Performance Strategy: Own and optimise global paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate) with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and retention. Campaign Planning: Oversee a cross-channel campaign calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and market expansion goals. B2B & Distribution Growth: Partner with the CMO and Ops team to expand digital wholesale, retail partnerships, and premium B2B accounts in wellness and lifestyle sectors. Affiliate & Partnerships: Lead and scale global affiliate programs and high-impact partnership activations. Hands-on Execution: Comfortable leading strategy and making calls, sending emails, and building new relationships from scratch. Team Leadership: Manage and scale a high-performing team across digital, performance, and channel marketing (Team of 4). Key contact for Performance agency. What You Bring Proven experience growing DTC eCommerce brands in the premium or wellness space Strong track record driving B2B, wholesale, or distribution partnerships Confident in both strategic planning and new business outreach - a builder’s mindset Commercial and data-driven, fluent in KPIs, metrics, and digital marketing tools Familiar with platforms like Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, affiliate platforms, and global GTM Bonus: experience in wellness, health tech, luxury/lifestyle or high-growth CPG/FMCG Why Join BON CHARGE?
