We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking HR data professional to support IP Australia's decision makers by providing insightful and strategic reporting and analytics. The role will directly contribute to workforce planning activities, HR strategy development and implementation and HR projects. We are looking for someone with experience in analysing and interpreting HR data, a thirst for learning, a good dose of curiosity, and an open mind to brainstorming and thinking outside the box. Our workforce data and insight team are working on a number of exciting projects directly with the business areas of IP Australia to support a 'future ready workforce'. To be successful in this role you must have: • High-level communication skills, a sense of initiative, a strong outcomes focus • Capability to exercise sound judgement in the handling of complex and/or sensitive issues • Ability to manage competing priorities. • Technical knowledge of HR information management system Aurion • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Moderate to Advanced PowerBI skills. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a small section to deliver reporting solutions for the business • Strategically contribute to the continuous improvement to various reporting products. • Active participation in cross agency networks and communities of practice related to the role.
