Audience Lead Melbourne Full Time Temporary Parental Leave Cover Melbourne, South Yarra Reporting to the Manager Partner An exciting opportunity to work in an Audience Lead role across Coles Smith Street. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team in the use of the OMD planning process to create the media idea Play a key role in strategic development workshops Ensure plans are innovative and bring the communication strategy to life Oversee media buying and manage client group P& L Involvement in all negotiation strategies to ensure best outcomes Ensure client has access to unique trading opportunities Required Skills & Experience: Extensive experience within media planning & buying at a Senior Director level Indepth understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities Proven people leadership experience Proven ability to deliver against a client business plan and contract including maximizing agency performance via agreed KPIs Exceptional client engagement skills and the ability deliver best in class service in line with OMDs Performance with Integrity commitment Ability to think creatively, critically and strategically to deliver innovative marketing solutions Commercially savvy and deep understanding of the OMD business, and our clients in order to enable better decisions and thinking Strong people leadership skills - we care about our people and have a commitment to their development and growth An on-going commitment to invest a portion of your time to personal development Leadership ability to inspire and drive a team to deliver to spec each and every time Commercially focused with the ability to both deliver and influence revenue and profit performance The ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels - from the C Suite to industry Graduates An appreciation and understanding of what world-class innovative work looks like & how to both deliver & sell it Compelling presentation and storytelling skills - the ability to persuade and influence Strong implementation planning knowledge across both digital and non-digital channels Attention to detail What's in it for you?
