A not-for-profit Aboriginal Community–owned aged care provider in remote WA is looking for a Clinical and Quality Manager to lead clinical governance and uphold the standards of care in a small residential facility. Relocation assistance provided Fully furnished accommodation provided Salary packaging available Generous leave entitlements: 5 weeks per year, plus 2 extra weeks off at Christmas. $2,000 airfare allowance (after 12 months) August/September start About the role: As the Clinical and Quality Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across all clinical functions, quality systems, accreditation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the CEO and ensure the facility meets all Aged Care Quality Standards while delivering culturally appropriate and person-centred care. Key responsibilities include: Lead and mentor clinical and ancillary staff Oversee care planning, audits, quality assurance, and incident management Ensure accreditation readiness and compliance with all standards Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development Liaise with internal and external stakeholders About the Location This role is based in a remote community within the Kimberley region of Western Australia, known for its rich cultural heritage and striking natural beauty.
