What you’ll be doing… No two days will be the same in this busy and varied role, where you’ll play a key part in supporting the Manager, Sales Team, and wider business. Your day-to-day will include: Providing administrative support to the Manager and Sales Staff Preparing correspondence including vendor reports, submissions, listing documentation, yearly reports, and statistics Reviewing, finalising, and creating marketing materials and online listings for campaigns Coordinating and sending mailouts for property and off-market campaigns Preparing Offers to Purchase, Expressions of Interest, and Auction documents Handling enquiries and managing the client database What we’re looking for… Solid experience as an Administrator Property/real estate background (highly regarded, but not essential) Availability to start mid-September and commit to the full contract Bonus points for InDesign skills What's in it for you You get to be part of this dynamic and Nationally recognised organisation where you will be a valued team member!
