Responsibilities Team & Operational Leadership – Lead the support services team, manage daily operations, and ensure projects align with business objectives. Process & Systems Management – Design, implement, and optimise workflows, standard operating procedures, and resource planning systems. Performance Tracking & Reporting – Establish KPIs, create dashboards, analyse data, and provide regular reports to drive continuous improvement. Commercial & Contract Support – Assist with proposals, pricing models, budget management, and contract performance monitoring. Client Relationship Management – Build strong client relationships, oversee onboarding, service delivery, and SLA compliance. Continuous Improvement & Scalability – Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and develop scalable solutions for business growth. Your Background/Experience Tertiary qualifications across Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ industry experience in DFM, engineering & customer-facing roles. Experienced with ERP/service management platforms and resource planning tools. Proficient in project delivery, budgeting, costing, and forecasting.
