Books are the plane, and the train, and the road. They are the destination, and the journey. They are home. We are seeking a book lover to join the residents at Caulfield in visiting our library space. You will be apart of helping residents decide which book they would like to sit and read or just enjoy looking at the pictures. You'll engage with residents to come select a book to borrow and then help to return to their cottage. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
