Share a YARN as you chit chat and click clack away and guide residents to start or finish a project. Come together with our residents in frail aged care as you lead a small group of participants who will enjoy meeting a volunteer with a crochet background. Be rewarded as you volunteer your time, help to gather resources and preserve projects for each gathering. Some members may be unable to participate but they would love to watch you and chat. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
