Support PBS operations through data analysis and modelling. Provide strategic advice, resolve data issues, and communicate insights to inform policy and program decisions. The key duties of the position include • Provide policy, program and strategic advice and assistance to managers in the context of undertaking data analysis and policy modelling. • Coach and mentor junior staff. • Consult with the Department's executive on policy, program, data, and legislative issues. • Communicate on data and policy modelling issues. • Resolve data issues. • Contribute to team performance and productivity to achieve Divisional outcomes. • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
