ACT Corrective Services (ACTCS) is seeking applications from highly motivated, experienced and suitable individuals to join Offender Reintegration as an AMC Case Manager. AMC Case Managers are responsible for providing ‘end-to-end’ integrated management for people in custody, through the development and review of case management strategies and processes, to ensure the provision of timely and high-quality interventions for detainees. As a Case Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualised sentence management plans aimed at changing anti-social behaviours and overcoming relevant social exclusion factors. Additionally, the role aims to promote detainee ‘release readiness’ through the use of appropriate resources, support services, and interventions. In addition, you will provide professional advice and services as required, including written reports to the Courts, releasing authorities and other statutory bodies in relation to offender management, risk and intervention outcomes.
