The Responsibilities Support Project Managers and Project Directors in the delivery of mid-to-large land development projects Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and progress updates Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors under senior guidance Contribute to quality, cost, and timeline management to ensure project objectives are met The Requirements 1–3 years’ experience in a project coordination or junior project management role within an engineering design consultancy in Australia Exposure to land development (subdivision) projects — civil infrastructure experience highly regarded Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or project management Strong organisational skills with an eagerness to develop client-facing capabilities Full working rights in Australia This role offers genuine career progression, with structured mentoring and the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role as you develop.
