You will have leasing, administration and accounts support along with back up on your overflow of inspections. This role is Monday to Friday and once you are settled in there is the flexibility to work from home a day a week. Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections Manage renovations, repairs and trade quotes Oversee arrears Manage rent reviews and lease renewals Bond and insurance claims NCAT preparation and attendance Attend weekly team meetings and training Nurture client relationships to retain managements Collaboration with the leasing and new business team The right candidate will have: Experience managing your own portfolio Tech savvy The ability to work collaboratively Valid drivers’ license and reliable car Certificate or registration or real estate license A love for relationship building and getting things done Knowledge of the Northern Beaches To confidentially submit your CV please click apply or call 0450 668 223 to discuss the opportunity with Carlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
