Role Overview As CMO, you will shape and execute the marketing vision, aligning brand storytelling with commercial outcomes. Leading a talented multi-disciplinary marketing team, you'll oversee the full marketing lifecycle - from brand positioning and customer acquisition to retention, loyalty, and international expansion. Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team. Managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI and key growth metrics. About You You are a commercially minded marketing leader with a proven ability to translate vision into execution. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a strong track record in eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands. You're both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator, able to unify marketing channels and deliver growth at scale. What you bring: 4 years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role. Demonstrated success across the full marketing lifecycle - from acquisition to loyalty. Experience leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary marketing teams. Proven success aligning brand storytelling with measurable growth outcomes. Ideally, experience expanding brands into international markets.
