Job Description As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through recruitment, coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant. What you'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching and inspiring a high-performing team. Managing daily operations with energy and precision. Delivering consistent food quality and speed of service.
