You will rotate through our Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping teams, mastering the details that create exceptional guest experiences. Guided by experienced mentors, you will build on your academic foundation through hands-on assignments, real-world operations, and leadership-focused learning in one of the most iconic hotels in Australia. As a participant, you will gain direct access to senior leaders, experienced mentors, and a global network of professionals. Through curated mini-rotations, you will experience firsthand the intricacies of managing diverse hotel functions, while connecting with current and former Voyagers through exclusive collaboration platforms.
