We’re seeking Casual Reservation Coordinators to join the Reservations team. Reporting to the Group Reservations & VIP Manager, you will be responsible for receiving and coordinating inbound bookings within Mr Percival’s, Felons Brewing Co., Felons Manly, Felons Barrel Hall, Stanley and Ciao Papi. Responsibilities include: Answering and directing all inbound calls Maintaining venue email inboxes Coordinating reservations for the precinct. This includes large bookings and dietary requirements Providing friendly and solution driven customer service Liaising with the kitchen and operations teams on a regular basis with regards to upcoming bookings Pass on guest feedback to relevant departments and collating this feedback for management Creating reports on bookings as required Up-selling of product, venue and property Flexible hours and days – perfect for university students Weekend and afterhours availability will be required Skills/Qualifications required: Ability to handle confidential information Experience working in a fast-paced environment Engaging personal presence with outstanding verbal communication Strong attention to detail Confidential and effective communicator Why you'll love working with us?
