What you will do Providing personalized support to clients in accordance with their individual support plans Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management Deliver care aligned with Behaviour Support Plans and NDIS Practice Standards Supporting clients with high intensity needs Champion choice, dignity, and cultural respect in all client interactions Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation About you Hold minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Above A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation. Hold (or be willing to obtain a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a ‘C’ class driver’s license, along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption. A Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate (willingness to Obtain if not held or expired) Current Driver’s Licence Use of own vehicle to provide client transport for community-based duties (mileage will be re-imbursed) Passport, Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford) Ability to Complete Pre-Employment Medical/Functional Assessment (Paid by Afford) What we offer Be part of a team united by a common purpose, vision, and values, working together towards a clear and meaningful strategic direction.
