As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring materials and equipment are in the right place at the right time to support critical field operations. You’ll gain exposure to warehouse, transport, and inventory functions while learning from experienced logistics professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily distribution schedules to multiple worksites across the network Monitor supply levels and arrange timely replenishment to meet operational demand Track freight movements and resolve delivery delays with transport providers Support warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Maintain accurate records in asset and inventory management systems Collaborate with field teams to prioritise urgent requests and minimise downtime Skills, Experience and Qualifications Degree qualified in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, and/or related discipline, highly regarded 6–12 months’ experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Good communication and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and collaborative approach Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to ERP systems is desirable Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
