Your New Role This is proper field service – out on the road in your company truck (yep, you take it home), heading to sites anywhere from Sunshine Coast to Plainlands to Tweed. One day you’re sorting a breakdown, the next it’s a full service or pre-hire check – no two days the same. You’ll be trusted to run your own day, sort your own jobs, and crack on without someone breathing down your neck. All gear’s under 5 years old, so no wrestling with ancient junk. Days can be big, but you’re home every night and get paid for travel over 30 mins. Who Are You? You’re trade qualified and switched on – confident solo, but know when to pick up the phone. You’ve done your time on the tools, can think on your feet, and don’t need a babysitter. Most of all, you give a shit about doing a good job. What we’re looking for: Trade qualified Diesel Fitter / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Field service or mobile gear experience Clean licence (HR handy but not essential) Solid fault finding and repair skills Genuinely reliable and easy to deal with Your Rewards $40-$45ph full penalties Full Time permanent position Fully kitted-out company truck to take home (tools, diagnostics, fuel, phone – the lot) Travel paid for anything over 30 minutes Late-model fleet – all gear under 5 years Tools, uniform and PPE all sorted Full-time hours, Monday to Friday – no weekends Zero drama, zero BS team environment If you’re looking for a role where you’re trusted, looked after, and never bored – this is it.
