About the role Site Supervision- including overseeing crews to ensure installation and dismantling processes meet compliance standards, overseeing the training and upskilling of team members, answering questions and acting as the first point of escalation to resolve any site issues that arise Liaising with customers (typically site supervisors) and internal departments Upskilling of crews, including managing the internal product sign off process Support with scheduling of crews and general branch administration duties Spearhead and support workforce planning, developing high performing crews, and participating in recruitment activities and training programs Drive our safety-first culture, the safety of our team is non-negotiable, ensure our crews are adhering to best practice OH&S standards at all times You will bring: Site experience (preferred) Previous experience in a team leader/foreman/supervisory function (some experience desirable, with in house training available to further enhance leadership skills) Experience interpreting house plans (preferred) Strong problem solving skills, with the drive to see things through and deliver customer expectations Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities Sound computer skills Ability to liaise with site supervisors/builders to answer job enquiries where required In return we offer: Full-time role with bonus eligibility Join a great team with supportive management and ongoing personal and professional development opportunities Social events calendar to recognise staff and help you connect with the broader business Employee Assistance Program – available to you and your family
