About the Company & the Role Our client is an NFP organisation that ranks among Victoria's most prominent healthcare providers. They are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support key stakeholders within the business. Duties You will be responsible for: Email and diary management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings. Handling travel arrangements, expenses, and accommodation requests. Preparing and collating materials for meetings and events, including presentations. Taking minutes and monitoring items requiring action by internal stakeholders. Managing stakeholder communication and building relationships within the business. Supporting monthly reports, performance management, and annual planning processes. Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed. About You You must have: Minimum 2 years' experience working directly supporting senior stakeholders. Experience in a non-for-profit environment. Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High level of attention to detail and I.T. literacy skills. Experience with minute-taking. A current Police check (desirable).
