What We're Looking For: 2 x Service Delivery Coordinators This position will be accountable for managing the day-to-day operational requirements for our Reservoir Depot. You Will: Confirm attendance of all drivers in accordance with designated roster Provide effective instruction to drivers to ensure operational outcomes are achieved Complete timesheets and maintain payroll data to capture operational activities of the day Address driver performance - providing feedback, coaching, referral to training, or counselling as required Submit uniform orders. About You: Experience within a similar supervisory role Exceptional customer service and communication skills Excellent problem solving and decision making ability Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good administrative skills.
