In this pivotal role, you will Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the team responsible for delivering high-quality support across Reef Catchments' project delivery and corporate operations. Promote innovation and continuous improvement across systems and processes to drive strategic business growth aligned with regional natural resource management (NRM) priorities and solutions. Champion the promotion of Reef Catchments to attract investment and amplify our regional NRM impact. Support executive engagement, and foster collaboration across business development functions. Selection Criteria Demonstrated ability to lead, empower and engage a high-performing team, fostering diversity, capability, and resilience in a dynamic work environment. Proven experience in business development, preferably in the NRM or environmental sector. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Experience influencing funders, investors and partners to ensure sustainable long-term project delivery. Demonstrated ability to guide and manage funding proposals and the monitoring and reporting systems that support delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in organisational performance reporting and compliance oversight. Strong and proven track record in project management, including governance. Knowledge of regional NRM issues and stakeholders. Familiarity with GIS and data, and knowledge management systems, and communication tools.
