About the Role: You'll deliver high-quality assessments, interventions, and enhance client function and independence. Working across culturally diverse settings, you’ll support individuals throughout their journey from access assessments to long-term therapy and equipment prescription. Monthly outreach to East Arnhem Land and travel to regional areas keeps your work purposeful and varied. Key Responsibilities: Conduct OT assessments, including: Assistive Technology Complex Home Modifications Functional Capacity Mobility & Seating NDIS & Aged Care Access evaluations Deliver therapy across the lifespan—face-to-face or via telehealth Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, families, and stakeholders Lead clinical supervision and mentor junior therapists Participate in program development, research, and quality improvement Why Join Optimal Support?
