Located in beautiful sunny Brisbane, QLD - due to the expansion of the business they are looking to hire an experienced HVAC SERVICE MANAGER to join the team focusing on Brisbane and surrounding suburbs doing residential and commercial work. About the role Coming from an experienced AC / Refrigeration background, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow on the job in this role as it is in a niche market. The work is varied but it does involve being at a desk in the office majority of the time. You must know how to use a computer, multi-task and do it well. This is not a delegation job, but a hands on role! This opportunity has you dealing with all service, repairs and maintenance requirements and par-take in regular overtime and adhere to strong work health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Quotes, invoicing Liaising with clients and customers Operations, planning, scheduling and management duties You will be responsible for the necessary servicing and repairing of air conditioners and refrigeration systems Documenting all repairing including parts usage The ability to work well within a team and autonomously Working to tight deadlines to complete projects Skills & experience Minimum of 2 years experience specifically working in REPAIRING & SERVICING AC & Refrigeration systems and a long track record of working as a Service Manager in a similar position. As the successful candidate you must have relavent Australian qualifications Great communication, a positive attitude and stability in previous roles. Please note - you must have Australian experience. Culture Reporting directly to the General Manager of the business, this role has room for growth. This business has been growing for the past 1-2 years and is getting bigger with more customer growth. There are currently 14 technicians in the team with various experience levels.
