Our client, a juggernaut in integrated services construction, engineering and rail is undertaking a substantial, 3 year transformation to simply their enterprise architecture and bring their acquisition over the last number of years onto common enterprise platforms. The first program will be the HCM and Time and Attendance transformation, consolidating numerous systems onto Oracle HCM and UKG Pro, with other less critical pieces to follow. Ideally the candidate will have the following skills and experience: Extensive HCM and time and attendance transformation experience, ideally with Oracle HCM and UKG Pro, though other similar platforms would be considered (this is a non-negotiable) Extensive enterprise simplification experience (Finance, Asset Management, Procurement etc) Extensive migration and integration experience Strong skills in current state and future state documentation, data flows etc. Extensive experience developing enterprise technology roadmaps Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills Application will not be considered without ALL the above
