Our client is a globally recognised leader at the forefront of innovative digital solutions. As they continue to accelerate their commitment to sustainability and customer-centric innovation, we are seeking an experienced HRBP / Project Lead with expertise in implementing SAP SuccessFactors. This is a 12-month maximum term contract, with potential for extension. You will be welcomed as an integral member of the HR team, responsible for optimising and implementing the HRIS to support the company's broader business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the project from initiation to completion, collaborating with HR, IT, and external stakeholders. Work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of the system. Optimise SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules. Review and refine system configurations to ensure they meet business needs. Coordinate and manage system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing. Assist with data validation to maintain system accuracy and integrity. Serve as the primary point of contact for all system-related inquiries, providing support to end-users. Update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation. Contribute to change management efforts, including the creation of training materials. Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch issues to ensure smooth system operation. Actively contribute to the success of the HR team and the wider organization. What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors. Strong understanding of core HR processes and basic knowledge of employment legislation. Experience with system testing, issue tracking, and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical systems to both technical and non-technical users. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
