The Role: Supporting the Head of Digital & Digital Marketing Manager, to drive growth & retention strategies across the customer database, executing the promotional calendar, mapping customer journeys and building audience segments. You will be responsible for helping to shape & deliver newly created Loyalty Program activity, supporting on day-to-day operations & continuous improvement.
