About the Company Tennis for Kids is one of Queensland's leading grassroots coaching programs, offering fun, inclusive, and high-quality tennis experiences for children of all ages and skill levels. With a team of passionate coaches, the backing of Ash Barty, Wimbledon Champion, and a community-first approach, they deliver before/after-school sessions, holiday clinics, and school-based programs across Brisbane. They are looking for a dynamic and organised Administrator to support their program delivery, coaching operations and customer experience. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with the Operations Manager to keep everything running behind the scenes — from enrolments and parent communications to event coordination and compliance. What You'll Be Doing Act as first point of contact for parent and coach enquiries with a friendly, solutions-focused approach Managing enrolments, class schedules, cancellations, and waitlists across multiple venues Keeping accurate records of attendance, payments, and compliance documentation Support coaches with venue and equipment troubleshooting Providing administrative and coordination support directly to the Operations Manager Assist with program delivery including liaising with schools and other venues, coach logistics, equipment orders and deliveries Supporting the planning and delivery of events like school expos, holiday clinics, and training days Assisting the marketing team with newsletters, Mailchimp campaigns, and content formatting Why You'll Love This Role Be part of a team that makes a difference - Help kids stay active, connected, and confident Enjoy variety in a fast-paced environment - No two days are the same and you'll never be looking for things to do Thrive in a supportive culture - Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and a passionate team of coaches What We're Looking For Strong administration experience in a varied admin, coordination or office support role A friendly, professional manner with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people Strong attention to detail and excellent written comprehension skills Tech-savvy with confidence using systems and CRMs Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain), valid driver's licence, and own vehicle Flexibility to occasionally attend after-hours or weekend events Exposure to environments like education, sport, community programs, or small business operations highly regarded How to Apply Ready to rally with us?
