We’re seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team at a brand-new 5-star hotel in the heart of Sydney! Launching in one of the city’s most sought-after areas, every corner is built to impress and set to turn heads! As Executive Housekeeper you help create an amazing guest experience, set the highest standard in luxury, and build your own strong, motivated team. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Manage departmental budgets, supply inventory, and cost control. Uphold strict health, hygiene, and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Maintenance) to ensure seamless guest service. Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures. Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, occupancy needs, and staffing levels. Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing staff. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times. What We’re Looking For: Proven success as an Executive Housekeeper in a 5-star hotel. In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, and standards. High attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
