Support the Project Management team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery Handle a variety of tasks including administration, procurement, scheduling, and supplier liaison Raise, source, place, and compile purchase orders & subcontract agreements Source project costs and negotiate with suppliers & contractors Place orders in line with BOQ and project budgets Prepare site packs including OH&S documentation Work closely with site supervisors to organise deliveries & schedule works Manage documentation and assist with reception tasks (answering calls, greeting clients) Organise freight for inward and outward goods Provide administration support and assist with site meetings What do you need? Previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator or Project Admin role Strong understanding of residential & commercial building processes Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail High level of initiative and ability to work under pressure Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems If this sounds like you, please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
