Due to the expansion of their portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant with a background in property to join their high-performing finance team. The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for managing the full financial operations for a varied portfolio of properties. This is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day financial management with strategic input into budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Code and journal all property-related transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary. Liaise with and instruct external auditors during audit processes. Assist in the preparation of property budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections. Prepare half-yearly property tax packs and BAS submissions. Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and project work. Develop and enhance systems, processes, and procedures to improve data accuracy and reporting timeliness. About You Degree-qualified accountant, ideally with CPA/CA accreditation (or working towards). Proven experience in property accounting or management accounting within the property sector. Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously. Experience using MRI or similar property management/accounting software is highly regarded.
