About the position: As our FP&A Accountant, you won’t just be crunching numbers—you’ll be shaping the financial roadmap that drives our growth. Reporting to the Finance Manager – FP&A and Treasury, you’ll play a critical role in business forecasting, identifying trends, spotting anomalies, and proposing smart strategies for improvement. Your insights will directly influence the medium and long-term financial plans of the Winning Group, helping senior leaders make confident, data-driven decisions. Partner with leadership to build medium- and long-term financial and strategic plans. Collaborate with Business Unit heads to prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Create financial models to project growth and analyse the factors driving business performance. Deliver competitor analysis, market trend reports, and actionable commentary to the Leadership Team. Analyse results to identify opportunities for improved performance, productivity, and cost efficiency. Use BI tools to turn data into meaningful business insights. Present results to senior management—explaining the “why” behind performance. Prepare business cases for new investments and strategic initiatives. Review processes, budgets, and expenditures to recommend and implement improvements. Qualifications: Relevant finance or accounting qualifications (CPA/CA preferred). Strong FP&A experience in a fast-paced, complex environment. Big 4 experience (3–5 years) highly regarded. Excellent communication skills—you know how to engage and influence stakeholders. Advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with BI tools. High attention to detail with a focus on best practice. Team player who can balance collaboration and independent analysis. Experience with Navision and SAP ERP is an advantage. Understanding of the retail market is a bonus. Why Join Us?
