Your primary role will be in supporting the 2 office administrators in their roles. Looking after finance, accounts and occupational health & safety business requirements, you will learn the varied tasks required to run a family owned business. Hours will be 9.3am-2pm, Monday- Friday. Tasks will include but not be limited to: Invoicing Responding to emails Completing credit card & bank reconciliations Liaising with onsite tradies to ensure they are inducted Scheduling of jobs Using an inhouse computer system What you require for the role: Minimum 2 years experience in an office all-rounder position An eye for detail and ability to learn quickly on the job Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems easily Strong communication skills including reading & writing English Car & reliable transport to get to work Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support your teammates Unrestricted working rights in Australia If you think this sounds like the job for you then please APPLY NOW!
