Responsibility for internal and external reporting requirements, along with day to day responsibility for the finance functions of the Company. Key responsibilities will include: Cash Flow Management and Bank Reconciliations; Monthly General Ledger Reconciliations; Monthly preparation of consolidated financial and management accounts, as well as, preparation of year end statutory reports; Debtor management; GL Journals preparation and input; Preparation and lodgement of FBT, BAS and IAS; Facilitate the internal and external audits; Monthly reporting to Cost Centre Managers; Management of Financial Administrator; Ad Hoc Financial Analysis and tasks; and Participate in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Key Competency Requirements: Relevant Degree in Accounting CPA or CA qualification Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, and ERP systems (preferably IFS); Understanding and able to apply knowledge of IFRS and Australian Tax legislation; Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail; and Good communications skills, both written and oral.
