About the Role: Step into a senior leadership role with one of Australia’s most well renowned providers as Facility Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a well-performing facility. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full operational function of the aged care home, ensuring adherence to industry legislation and accreditation standards Provide strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion Oversee budgets, rosters, and resource planning to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote high levels of staff engagement and resident satisfaction Build collaborative relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to ensure transparent and responsive care Implement, monitor, and review quality systems to maintain compliance and promote best practice care What We’re Looking For: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration ( Highly desirable, non-essential ). Qualifications in Healthcare, Management or Finances ( Not Essentia l). Proven experience in managing an Aged Care facility, with strong operational and leadership capabilities. In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory compliance A strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and influence change Passionate about aged care, quality service delivery, and team development.
