Overnight Accommodation Supervisors – Hobart Casual | Multiple Roles | Evening & Overnight Shifts | 7-Day Roster Searson Buck is proud to be partnering with a respected Tasmanian education provider to recruit Overnight Accommodation Supervisors for their Student Campus in Hobart . These positions form part of a 7-day rotating roster , with a mix of: Evening shifts : 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Overnight shifts : 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Flexibility to work across evenings, over-nights and weekends is essential. Key Responsibilities Supervise student accommodation during allocated shifts Be a calm, approachable presence for students and apprentices Support late check-ins and key distribution Monitor safety and wellbeing, especially of underage residents Respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies Ensure facility guidelines and house rules are upheld Record and report any maintenance or behavioural concerns What We’re Looking For Demonstrated maturity, reliability, and ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of care and responsibility for young people Basic computer literacy for incident and shift reporting Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout overnight hours Essential Requirements Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration Valid National Police Check (or ability to obtain) Highly Regarded Current First Aid Certification If you’re a steady, compassionate presence and take pride in supporting young people in a residential environment, we’d love to hear from you.
