We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of all facets of digital marketing, including social media, paid media (PPC, display, etc.), SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, capable of managing a team of digital specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving impactful results. Responsibilities : Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Identify target audiences and develop digital campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.Oversee the execution of all digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance performance.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketing specialists (social media, paid media, SEO, etc.).Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on digital marketing initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Present digital marketing strategies, plans, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Track and report on budget utilization. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, paid media channels, SEO principles, content marketing best practices, and email marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with experience in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong project management and organizational skills.
