About the role We are seeking a Plant Operator with Loader experience , or experienced Loader Operator to join our team. This role is critical in assisting a small team that helps provide maintenance to municipal services infrastructure, including unsealed roads, airstrips and firebreaks throughout Kimberley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team and contribute to a significant positive impact on the day-to-day lives of the members of communities serviced by KRSP. Location and roster This role is offered on a fixed term basis until November 2025, with works occurring again in March 2026. The roster for this role is 14:7, which may vary due to operational requirements. Local Kimberley residents are encouraged to apply. FIFO applications will be considered. What you will need An ability to demonstrate a high work ethic, integrity and safe work practices together with a positive mindset. Essential criteria: Demonstrated experience operating a Loader Loader operation ticket Ability to work in remote areas cohesively as part of a small team Self-motivated and resourceful individual capable of working independently Ability to work in remote locations, inclusive of experience with driving on remote unsealed roads Current HR class driver's licence and a clean driving history National Police Clearance Unrestricted working rights in Australia Desirable criteria: Experience working in remote communities Current HC class driver's licence and a clean driving history First aid certification
